i was uber busy and shouldn’t have stepped back into blogging quite yet.

but now i’m done with school [yet have acquired more working hours].

and i’m ready for it.

365 was slacking…but i just didn’t have time for editing and posting last month,
but i’ll catch up with it soon. SWEAR.

in other news…foreign roommates are almost all gone. 
only the sweet Camille left.
tomorrow our house adopts Daniel, an older student who’s quiet and eats out. [hahah…this is all i know thus far]
and i’m excited for the peace and quiet!

i’m making places for next year [i know that’s nuts!]
but it’s really just around the corner.

anywho…it’s off to work!

hello again.

well. it’s all coming together. although i live in a crazy messed up house, it’s all starting to be at least a little more peaceful. well, we said “au revoir” to the french invasion late last night and this morning…we have two new faces to welcome. we’ve got two ukrainians who will be staying with us for three weeks. alex and anna. terrific! they’re very nice and quiet…which is a PLUS in my book! ;) nothing against those noiseaholics…those quietophobics…so yah. three weeks and then we’ve got a long term 3-6 month tenant who will move in on june 1st. his name is daniel and i’m securing his move-in tonight. woo hoo. 

besides the house…i had my first of four finals today. it went really well. -cha-ching!- i’ve got another final tomorrow morning at 8:30am…wish me luck! only thing is…my final project for the class tomorrow, which is due on the last day of class, which is next week…is kind of falling apart. :( i’m hoping i can actually pull it together. my final for mondays class is really exciting and fun. it’s night photography with on-location lighting on playgrounds experimenting with light-painting it into the photograph.i’m going out again tonight as long as the weather permits. 

annnnnnd. i’m off.

I am a terrible person, I know. I don’t update you when I say I will and for that I am sorry. I got really busy towards the beginning of April, and then with the death of my Grandmother, everything just started piling up.

Anyways, enough with excuses. I am here and I am ready.

Right now I’m nomming on some Dark Chocolate Almonds from Trader Joes. [They’re best if really really cold.] I’m also waiting on a guy from school to come over. He’s going to help install a program on my comptor. What program, you ask…Well I don’t want to jinx it so I’ll let you know tomorrow if everything pans out.

Two weeks left of the semester means projects like crazy and finals. Soooo much fun, right? Yeah…how about not. Meh. I’ve also been working crazy hours and stuff…before school, after school, between classes, for families I’ve never sat for before. Really Random.

We got a new roommate! Her name is Camille and she’s also from France. She seems really nice but is having some problems with her internship…so I’m not sure how long she’ll actually stay. We’re in search of someone to rent the other bedroom, though, so hopefully that happens soon. It would be nice to have the extra money, since I basically pay rent on that room every month since we’ve moved in.

I think that’s about it for now.
